To whom it may concern

This is a letter of reference regarding Builders Choice. The summer past, we had wanted to build an extension to the back of our home that my wife would use as a piano studio. We contacted several builders to ask for ideas as well as building quotes. Several of the builders were ill-prepared. These builders would ask "well, how much money can you spend?" They wouldn't give us a real quote. Builders Choice was the exception. they came on time and was well prepared. They brought a packet that contained all the information we as customers might need in assisting us to choose a builder. The packet contained all the building licenses, plus phone numbers to verify them, as well as the Better Business Bureau phone number and references from customers, which we did call. They were the only ones who made measurement both on the ground, as well as on the roof. They returned with the quote as promised. Builders Choice may not have been the rock bottom lowest, but it was in line with the others, and it was the most thought out and well prepared. The quote contained the price, but it also contained the time frame the work would be done in and what we as customers could expect from the company. Several of the other builders said the job would be done when they got around to it. There were also numbers to call if we ever had questions or concerns. There was also information included on possible financing.

Throughout the building process, Builders Choice was always accessible both in person and by phone. They were courteous . They treated my wife with respect, and were very efficient. They also kept things cleaned up. They offered ideas whenever solicited. We made several changes as the building progressed, and they never seemed to mind. The crew was very impressive with their knowledge and skill. The workers were always concerned with safety in the work area. We also liked the fact that they took care of everything, from obtaining permits to getting subs when needed and completely overseeing the project until completed. We also liked the fact that we didn't need to finish paying until the project was completed to our satisfaction.

The room was completed when they said it would be and cost what they said if would and we were very pleased with the results.

In conclusion, we give our wholehearted endorsement of Builders Choice. I guess the ultimate recommendation is that we have hired them to do a second project on our home (the addition of our front porch).

We have used Builders Choice twice.  Twelve years ago they finished our basement.  They did such a good job we called them back to help us create our dream kitchen.  All though adding on to our home and creating this kitchen was stressful, Builders Choice made it easy.  They did great work, at a fair price.  They even got the job done sooner than we thought.  Why would you go anywhere else Builders Choice is the best.
